Mixed Behavior Foundation provides trauma-informed, person-centered support for adults and families navigating housing instability, homelessness, reentry, and other barriers to long-term stability.
Through case management, peer support, housing resource navigation, life-skills development, community outreach, and connections to community-based resources, we meet people where they are and help create pathways toward greater stability and self-sufficiency.

We provide individualized support to help participants identify needs, establish goals, navigate systems, access resources, and connect with appropriate housing, behavioral health, substance-use, employment, education, and social-service supports.
Our housing stability model is designed to support individuals as they work toward obtaining and maintaining stable housing through resource navigation, individualized stability planning, independent-living skill development, and coordination with housing and community-based providers.
Our peer support approach incorporates lived experience, mentorship, encouragement, self-advocacy, resource navigation, and relationship-building to strengthen engagement and help participants move toward their individual goals.
MBF supports individuals and families impacted by incarceration and reentry as they navigate barriers involving housing, employment, wellness, family relationships, benefits, transportation, and access to community resources.
We help participants strengthen practical skills that support greater independence, including self-advocacy, financial literacy, communication, resource navigation, household management, and other skills that contribute to long-term stability.
MBF helps participants identify behavioral health and substance-use related needs and connect with appropriate resources and qualified providers. Support may include resource navigation, care coordination, peer support, and connections to community-based services.
