I Choose ME is a culturally responsive enrichment and wellness program supporting young people through mentorship, creative expression, movement, and meaningful connection. Participants build confidence, strengthen relationships, develop healthy coping skills, and explore what it means to choose themselves and their future.

This group of young ladies created their own ”I Choose ME” affirmations to recite everyday as a reminder of their dedication to their own individual journeys, and to inspire one another to keep growing.









No Days Off combines athletic development with mentorship, mental wellness, academic accountability, and leadership. The program helps student-athletes strengthen the discipline, confidence, resilience, and life skills needed to succeed beyond their sport.

Play7 is a creative career exploration and internship program that gives young people hands-on exposure to the worlds of film, photography, media, storytelling, and content creation.
Through project-based learning and real-world experiences, participants explore creative careers, develop practical skills, build their portfolios, and gain experience working both in front of and behind the camera.
Play7 creates opportunities for emerging creatives to discover their strengths, develop their voice, and see how their creativity can become a pathway to education, employment, entrepreneurship, and purpose.

A 12-week program designed to break cycles of incarceration and poverty by equipping justice-impacted and at-risk youth with the tools to lead, heal, and thrive. Hosted at the WERC in Oakland through a powerful partnership with BOSS, S.H.I.F.T. provides paid, trauma-informed training in leadership, financial literacy, career readiness, wellness, and conflict resolution. Participants graduate with a clear plan for their future and pathways into tech, mental health advocacy, and reentry support through our advanced programs, Project HEAVY and H.I.G.H-Tech.
