Our mission is to promote social and emotional wellness through mental health advocacy, providing positive outlets, quality programs, and intentional resources to underserved youth and young adults aged 4 to 25. Based in Oakland, CA, our programs extend to the surrounding cities and Los Angeles County. Our organization is dedicated to enhancing and developing the livelihood of the individuals we serve in the areas of athletics, mental wellness, mentorship, and creative arts. Through our programs, including the I Choose ME Program, Project Heavy, No Days Off, and Amongst Us Community Healing, we aim to foster healthy relationship building, promote SEL (Social and Emotional Learning), prevent violence, teach conflict management, and cultivate leadership skills. We are committed to strengthening our community and beyond by providing safe spaces for individuals to release and heal from the trauma caused by systemic negligence.
